Installation & Mounting

The Slab Stand can be free-standing or wall-mounted using the supplied fixings. Wall mounting should be carried out by a competent person using fixings appropriate to your wall type. Code Red Cards accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage to property, walls, fixtures or fittings, or for personal injury, arising from the installation, mounting or use of the Product. It is your responsibility to ensure the Product is installed safely and securely.

Trading Card Slabs

The Product is designed to hold and display graded slabs. Code Red Cards is not liable for any damage to slabs, cards or their cases that is not directly and solely caused by a proven manufacturing defect in the Product — including, without limitation, damage resulting from improper installation, stacking, falls, knocks, misuse, or environmental factors. Always ensure slabs are seated correctly and the Product is on a stable surface or securely mounted.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are produced in limited runs. Estimated shipping times (e.g. within 4 weeks of order) are estimates and not guaranteed. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Red Cards’ total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including your statutory rights.
